<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication interference, which occurs when a plurality of different reader-writer parts of noncontact wireless type are arranged adjacent to each other, with simple and cost-reduced composition. <P>SOLUTION: Reader-writer parts 34-36 of A-C type, which operate in conformity with the International Standard Specifications of ISO 14443, are arranged adjacent to one another in the vertical direction, and the communication face parts 34a-36a of the reader-writer parts 34-36 are each formed so that the communication face parts are directed obliquely upward. Even if a noncontact type IC card approaches a substantially intermediate position between the two adjacent reader-writer parts, a communication distance difference is formed, to the communication distance between the reader-writer parts concerned, due to the level difference between one reader-writer part and the other reader-writer part. Consequently, communication interference of each of the reader-writer parts can be prevented.
