<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of offset compensating with simple signal processes for reducing line noise. <P>SOLUTION: The operation of reading out image data from a conversion circuit exposed to radiation and the operation of reading out offset image data from the conversion circuit without radiation exposure are selectively performed while the operation of reading out the offset image data is controlled to operate several times, and the offset data corresponding to each pixel is extracted from one of the plurality of the offset image data, without extracting the offset data corresponding to all pixels in rows, to form the offset image data for correction, and the offset image data for correction is subtracted from the image data to perform offset correction for reducing line noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
