<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent terrorism targeting a mass transit system, and to construct a safe society. <P>SOLUTION: A security system is constructed, by combining individual explosive-detection machine through a network. The information collected at a security center is checked in a database to determine a risk.
