PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a worker or the like may has a risk of being injured at a hand finger when breaking a weld seal part, then, the measurement of a desired volume of liquid is required separately from opening work of a glass ample, the liquid in the ample cannot be forcedly discharged at a time, and the desired volume of liquid cannot be controlled according to applications in a method of breaking and opening the weld seal portion of the glass ample when extracting the liquid from the glass ample. SOLUTION: A liquid container is provided with a first container for containing the liquid and a second container for internally enclosing a first container, wherein one end of the second container has a discharge pathway having a liquid discharge port for discharging liquid to the outside and the other end has a gas filling port for filling it with gas from the outside.
