PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a drain pipe cover, which enables the clear checking of a downpipe cutting position, and which makes a downpipe surely inserted by a predetermined length into the drain pipe cover. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical drain pipe cover 30, a skirt portion 30b is provided on the outer periphery of a lower end 30a, and a space portion 30c is formed between the skirt portion 30b and the lower end 30a. The drain pipe cover 30 is inserted into the drain pipe 28, and an upper end 28a of the drain pipe 28 is housed in the space portion 30c of the skirt portion 30b. A lower end 26b of the downpipe 26 is inserted into the drain pipe cover 30 in the state of covering and surrounding the drain pipe 28. A scale 33 for checking the length of the insertion of the downpipe 26 is formed on the side surface 30d of the drain pipe cover 30. Figures 33a and a cross line 33b are indicated in a paired manner on the scale 33, and a leading end 26c is formed by cutting the lower end 26b of the downpipe 26 along the scale 33 of the drain pipe cover 30.
