PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge ventilation device which urges the ventilation of an attic space formed between a roof and a ceiling of a building without the infiltration of rainwater into an attic space, and to provide a ridge ventilation structure using the same. SOLUTION: The ridge ventilation device 1 is formed of ventilation members 5 which are arranged astride an opening 7 secured in a ridge direction of a ridge 2 of a roof substrate 4, and venting members 6 arranged so as to cover the ventilation members 5. The ridge ventilation structure 10 is set up by bearing a ridge beam 12 above the ventilation members 5 by a ridge beam bearer 11, and covering the ridge ventilation device 1 and the ridge beam 12 with a ventilation cover 13.
