The wiring board is provided with a base material (111) and wirings (109, 110) formed on the base material (111). The solar battery cells are electrically connected by being arranged on the wirings (109, 110) on the wiring board (200). The method has a first step of arranging at least one solar battery cell (100) on the wirings (109, 110) on the wiring board (200), and a second step of sealing the wiring board (200) and the solar battery cell (100) with the sealing material. The method includes a step of inspecting the solar battery cell (100) after the first step and before the second step.
