<p>An inverter circuit (120) is constituted such that synchronous rectification is performed by six switching elements (130). Said switching elements (130) are constituted by unipolar elements (in this case, SiC MOSFETs) using a wide bandgap semiconductor. The inverter circuit (120) uses the parasitic diode (131) of SiC MOSFET (130) as a freewheeling diode to perform synchronous rectification.</p>
