<p>A nozzle for cold spray and a cold spray device which can drastically reduce adhesion of material powder to the inner wall of the nozzle for cold spray and clogging of the nozzle. The nozzle for cold spray includes a tapered conical compression portion and a forward-broadening conical expansion portion communicating with the compression portion, the material powder being allowed to flow in from the nozzle inlet of the compression portion by using a working gas having a temperature up to the melting point of the material powder and to spout out as a supersonic stream from the nozzle outlet at the tip of the expansion portion, characterized in that at least the inner circumferential wall surface of the expansion portion is formed of glassy carbon.</p> |
