<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of obtaining desired mixed-color light with good reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: an LED chip 1; a color conversion unit 11 which is formed of a phosphor excited with light emitted from the LED chip 1 to emit light having a longer wavelength than the light from the LED chip 1, and a light transmissive material; and a package A containing the LED chip 1 and color conversion unit 11, wherein the package A is provided with an optical detection unit 4 detecting mixed-color light of the light emitted from the LED chip 1 and transmitted through the color conversion unit 11 and the light emitted from the phosphor of the color conversion unit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
