<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for taking into account needs estimated by a user, and access rights to information and/or environments in presenting web pages to a user's web browser. <P>SOLUTION: An information system for an organization such as a hospital has a web server accessible by various types of browsers through an intranet. The web server 12 has access rights-security database for storing an access right to patient information of each user, a user's needs-preferences-use profile database for storing a user's preferences, attributes and profile, a script server for receiving a request from a browser and extracting a requested patient record whose access right belonging to the user, and a dynamic web page module for dynamically generating a web page for displaying formatted and extracted records according to the user's preferences, profile and attributes, browser capability, characteristics and network connection information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
