<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any creep of a resin pulley while ensuring the heat radiation property of a rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A metal ring 13 is fixed to an outside diameter surface of an outer ring 12, and a chamfered part 18 is formed over the entire circumference between an end face of the metal ring 13 and the outside diameter surface. An engagement groove 19 formed orthogonal to the circumferential direction is formed in both end faces, the outside diameter surface, and the chamfered part 18 of the metal ring 13. When the resin pulley 14 is integrated with the outside diameter surface of the outer ring 12 by the injection molding, the resin pulley 14 is engaged with the outer ring 12 by the engagement groove 19 with its injection resin being filled therein, and the creep of the resin pulley 14 can be prevented. As a result, a boss part 15 of the resin pulley 14 need not be integrated with the outside diameter surface of the outer ring 12 so as to hold both end faces of the outer ring 12, the outside diameter surface of the outer ring 12 can be exposed, and the heat radiation property can be ensured thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
