Respective units of mercuries are subjected to vertically downward additional acceleration of gravity acceleration by excessively heated steam explosion force and combustion gas explosion force. Power is brought closer to 2,139*13.5=29,000 times that of combustion gas. A rotation output is brought closer to 100 times that of the existing technology by driving a full rotor blade mercury turbines, respectively. Supply equipment of heat, electricity and cold heat is taken as generator sets in the world, which is employed for equipment for infusing 100°C warm/hot water of by-product in power generation into methane hydrate to vaporize and recover methane and to liquefy it by combustion gas exhaust becoming closer to absolute 0°C and an engine for driving automobile, airplane, marine vessel, space shuttle, rocket or the like in the world. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
