<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus capable of simply dispensing a liquid containing a sedimentary component while minimizing a variation of concentration thereof without taking a sedimentation status of the sedimentary component into account, and its dispensing method. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic analysis apparatus and its dispensing method comprising the step of moving a dispensing device 20 having a dispensing probe 20b or a container 9a by a drive mechanism 22, dispensing a plurality of liquids into the container 9a via the dispensing probe, and measuring and analyzing an optical characteristic of a reaction liquid to which each dispensed liquid has reacted. The automatic analysis apparatus is provided with a drive control section 15a which controls the drive mechanism 22 so as to relatively move a perpendicular position of the dispensing probe 20b to a surface of the liquid and makes the dispensing probe suck the liquid from a plurality of different perpendicular positions when dispensing the liquid containing the sedimentary component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
