PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong ball game machine which can shorten the game time per game. SOLUTION: A game progress control means for controlling the progress of games is provided with a winning combination determination means which determines whether or not the combination of figures in the hand tiles completes the combination of figures of the preset winning combination, a number of disclosed figures counting means which counts the number of disclosed figures per figure on the game field after the start of a game, a residual number of game balls counting means which subtracts "1" from the residual number of game balls left shootable by a player when the figure for a self-drawn tile is acquired by a self-drawing operation and a number of disclosed figures determination means which determines whether or not the number of disclosed figures on the game field exceeds the preset value K. After the self drawing operation by the player, operations by the winning combination determination means and the number of disclosed figures determination means are executed sequentially: when the number of disclosed figures acquired by the self-drawing operation exceeds the preset value K, a tile discarding processing is carried out automatically after the self drawn tile is displayed for a prescribed time on a display device.
