<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet molded article having hollow protrusions, which can package products having various complicated shapes by being adapted to a shape corresponding to the unevenness of the product, and to provide means for efficiently manufacturing the sheet molded articles. <P>SOLUTION: In this sheet molded article, a large number of hollow protrusions are formed by deforming a part of a resin sheet on one or both surfaces of the resin sheet, and at least 10% or more of the number of the hollow protrusions on one surface have a difference in height of 15% or higher. Thus, there is provided the sheet molded article having hollow protrusions having different heights, and further, there is provided a manufacturing apparatus for the molded article having the hollow protrusions having different heights and needle shape with different heights. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
