PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition rapidly cured by an active energy ray and having excellent adhesiveness to a glass base material or a plastic base material, especially a plastic base material having a functional layer and a print layer. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a vinyl polymer (A) obtained by polymerizing at least a carboxyl group containing vinyl monomer (a1) and an epoxy group containing vinyl monomer (a2) and an alkane diol di(meth)acrylate (B).
