PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference confirmation device for accurately preventing interference between a traveling object and a structural body by simple processing by using two-dimensional image data to be acquired by imaging the mobile region of a traveling object. SOLUTION: An interference confirmation device 1 is installed in a machine tool 30 equipped with a traveling object and a structural body movable in a Z axial, Y axial and X axial directions, and provided with a first image generation device 11 for imaging the inside of the traveling region of the traveling object from the Z axial direction; a second image generation device 12 for imaging the inside of the traveling region of the traveling object from the Y axial direction; a third image generation device 13 for imaging the inside of the traveling region of the traveling object from the X axial direction; an outline shape data storage part 17 for storing data related with an outline shape viewed from the Z axial direction, Y axial direction, and X axial direction of the traveling object and the structural body; and an interference determination part 20 for determining whether or not the traveling object and the structural body interfere with each other on the basis of the two-dimensional image data generated by the image generation devices 11, 12 and 13 and the outline shape data of the traveling object and the structural body stored in an outline shape data storage part 17.
