PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening member having excellent heat insulating property, having daylighting property, and having a viewing control function using a light-weighted daylighting heat insulating material. SOLUTION: The opening member includes at least two or more daylighting heat insulating materials each having a structure that a plurality of resin films are positioned opposite to one another across an air layer with a thickness of 100μm-3 mm and two hard resin plates or glass plates having translucency between which the two or more daylighting heat insulating materials are interposed. At least two daylighting heat insulating materials selected from the two or more daylighting heat insulating materials have the resin films having patterns with light transmissivity different from that of the surrounding. At least one of the daylighting heat insulating materials having the resin film having the pattern among the daylighting heat insulating materials is movable in a horizontal direction or a vertical direction. The opening member has a viewing control function enabling viewing control by overlapping the patterns of the daylighting heat insulating materials having the resin films having the two patterns or dislocating them through the horizontal or vertical movement of the daylighting heat insulating materials.
