摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle carbon Cr-Mo steel for machine structure (AISI4150H hot-drawing steel) with which can apply a cold-drawing without needing a softening heat-treatment after stretch-reforming. SOLUTION: The basic material is the middle carbon Cr-Mo steel composed of 0.47-0.54% C, 0.15-0.30% Si, 0.65-1.1% Mn,≤0.035% P,≤0.04% S, 0.75-1.20% Cr, 0.15-0.25% Mo and the balance Fe, and this middle carbon Cr Mo steel is applied with a spheroidizing heat-treatment without giving cold-stress after hot-working, and has≤170 Vickers hardness.
