PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive device improving the usability by reducing installation space. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive device is provided with a pressure sensitive means 1 with flexibility, and a cover layer 5 of the pressure sensitive means 1, wherein the cover layer 5 has a projecting portion 6 becoming the fulcrum of a bending operation. The pressure sensitive means 1, for example, consists of an inside electrode 2, a pressure sensitive member 3, an outside electrode 4 surrounding the inside electrode 2 and the pressure sensitive member 3, and the cover layer 5 covering the periphery of the outside electrode 4, wherein the cover layer 5 is spirally provided with the projecting portion 6. This constitution can eliminate any necessity of separately installing a member for improving the sensitivity and provide the device with high installation property and furthermore, the flexibility allows the device to be installed at a desired location by freely bending it.
