PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for applying cultivation materials by a necessary amount at a required local part such as a planting position, etc., by a simple operation and also stirring the soil of the local position with the materials to mix speedily the materials in the rhizosphere soil layer of a plant to decrease a load on the cultivation and making the soil as suitable for the method of cultivation by local application. SOLUTION: This machine for stirring and locally applying the cultivation materials is provided by joining a handle 2 with a vertically moving slider 3 as one unit, joining the slider 3 with a material-weighing drum 8 installed at a material-weighing hopper 6 through a linking mechanism 47, housing the slider 3 at the inside of a slider guide tube 39 and a weighed material storage box 27, installing an operation member for opening and closing a shutter equipped at a lower opening for the application of the weighed material storage box 27 at the lowest part of the slider 3 and installing as protruding a stirring tool 52 for stirring the weighed materials with the soil at the lower side of the weighed material storage box 27.
