PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chum basket preventing inadvertent disengagement between a lid body for maintaining the filling port of chum in a closed state and a chum basket body. SOLUTION: In the chum basket 1, the chum basket body 2 and the lid body 4 are connected from the inside of the chum basket 1. Since the connection part (namely, a latching part 32 and the connection part 21) is not exposed to the outside of the chum basket 1, an inadvertent disengagement between the lid body 4 for maintaining a filling port 50 for chum in a closed state and the chum basket body 2 is prevented.
