PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus that can be low in power consumption without increasing the circuit scale, and can avoid a state wherein a sensor output terminal has a large DC level difference between a vertical transfer period and a horizontal transfer period. SOLUTION: In the vertical transfer period, current supply to one of two parallel-connected source follower circuits A and B constituting a second source follower circuit 12 of an output amplifier circuit is stopped and a current is supplied to only the other source follower circuit to generate a reset level of a sensor output signal in the horizontal transfer period.
