PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent packet loss due to a communication error of an identifier indicating the start position of packets. SOLUTION: This communication equipment 10 is provided, which uses a plurality of identifiers indicating the start position of the packets, and starts acceptance of the packet when the identifiers satisfy predetermined conditions. The communication equipment 10 is provided with: a preheader generation part 332 for giving a preheader composed of a plurality of control characters to link packets; a position collation part 333 which collates the start position indicated by each control character constituting the received preheader to detect control characters indicating the same position, and a preheader analysis part 334 which starts reception of the link packets when the number of control characters indicating the same position satisfies the predetermined threshold for the start position of the link packets.
