A system utilizing interaction of wind flow and a stabilizer arranged in the wind flow along the flow direction, and securing stability of the device or the body integrated with the stabilizer or the stabilizer itself by that effect. When the wind flow hits the stabilizer at some angle, the wind flow changes the direction through interaction, and a force is applied to the stabilizer according to the reaction. The stabilizer or the device or the body integrated with the stabilizer receives action of that force and stability is secured by that effect.
