Further, the method has a resistance-welding process for pressing the pair of first metal-welding units 44b, 44c to the inside in a first-radial direction, under the condition with the first terminal-welding unit 53 of a first power-collecting terminal member 50 disposed at the inside in the radial direction of the first metal-winding unit 44 after the deformation of the first metal-winding unit 44; and for performing the resistance welding of the first terminal-welding unit 53 with the first metal-welding units 44b, 44c, under the condition with the pair of the first metal-welding units 44b, 44c pressed to the first terminal-welding unit 53.
