PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressor which is lighter in weight, thinner, and can exert a higher noise suppression effect than a conventional noise suppressor using a magnetic material. SOLUTION: The noise suppressor uses dielectric characteristics and satisfies a formula (1)εr'×t≤300 (mm) and a formula (2)εr''×t≥3 (mm), wherein t (mm) is a thickness of the noise suppressor,εr' is a real part of a complex dielectric constant of the noise suppressor, andεr'' is an imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant.
