PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air charging discharging method of an equipment accommodating rack, which can increase heat radiation efficiency by employing a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The air charging discharging method of the equipment accommodating rack 1 has a configuration in which: the equipment 3 is arranged so that the air discharging surface faces the inside of the equipment accommodating rack 1; a mount angle 2 for attaching the equipment is provided with a function of insulating the air supply port of the equipment 3 from the air discharging port; and air charging and discharging are efficiently executed so that a hot air discharged from the back surface of the equipment may not be supplied again through the front surface of the equipment.
