PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor device which can suppress the transfer of vibration to a vehicle main body. SOLUTION: The capacitor device is equipped with a resin case 24 fixed to the vehicle main body, a capacitor element 21 stored in the resin case 24, a pedestal 41 which is formed of an elastic material and is disposed in the resin case 24, and a resin mold 22 which fills the resin case 24 in such a manner as to surround the periphery of the capacitor element 21.
