<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a partial discharge detecting device of electric power equipment which can detect a partial discharge with excellent S/N. <P>SOLUTION: The partial discharge detecting device is provided with a flange 21 which is fixed airtightly to the edge of an opening part of a tank 11 so that it closes up the opening part, an insulator 22 which has a through-hole and is fixed airtightly to the tank side of the flange 21 so that it stops up one side of the through-hole, a sensor electrode 23 which is so fixed airtightly as to stop up the other side of the through-hole and detects electromagnetic waves accompanying the partial discharge generated between a high voltage conductor 12 and the tank 11 being at grounding potential, a signal line 25 which is connected to the sensor electrode 23 through a space part surrounded by the flange 21, the insulator 22 and the sensor electrode 23 and takes out a partial discharge detection signal outside the tank 11, and a movable electrode 24 and a sensitivity adjusting screw 26 which can vary the capacitance between the sensor electrode 23 and the tank 11 or between the sensor electrode 23 and the flange 21 in the space part from outside the tank 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
