<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a diffusion apparatus, capable of solving the clogging of a diffusing surface in the case of its use for a long period of time without requiring lifting the diffusing surface above water and cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cleaning the diffusion apparatus includes a diffusion plate 4 having fine pores and disposed in an aeration tank 12, a diffusing air feed pipe 3 connected to the diffusion plate 4, an air supply device 2 connected to the diffusing air feed pipe 3 via an on off valve 16 for supplying the diffusing air to the diffusing air feed pipe 3, and an inserted pipe 7 with one end thereof connected to the diffusing plate 4 and the other end inserted into the diffusing air feed pipe 3. After closing the on off valve 16, cleaning water is supplied into the diffusing air feed pipe 3 on the downstream side of the on off valve 16 and is made to flow out via the inserted pipe 7 through the fine pores of the diffusing plate 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
