<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air diffuser which has pores capable of achieving a high oxygen transfer efficiency, hardly causes clogging, and enables long-term stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: The air diffuser comprises: an air diffusing plate 4 disposed in an aeration tank 12 and receiving supply of pressure air from diffusing air supply piping 3 to release air bubbles; a blow water supply means 5 for supplying blow water into the diffusing air supply piping 3; an insertion pipe 7 where its upper end is connected to the air diffusing plate 4 and its lower end is inserted into the diffusing air supply piping 3 to discharge the blow water, supplied into the diffusing air supply piping 3, from the air diffusing plate 4; and a check valve 13 installed between the upper end of the insertion pipe 7 and the air diffusing plate 4 to prevent sewage in the aeration tank from flowing into the insertion pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
