<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal monitoring system for monitoring the operating condition of a client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The client terminal monitoring system has an operation log information storage unit for storing the operation log information of a client terminal, and a determining unit for determining whether or not a file unrelated to a job is used in the client terminal according to the operation log information stored in the operation log information storage unit. The determining unit uses the operation log information stored in the operation log information storage unit to obtain the coordinate information of each window of the file currently started at the client terminal, then calculates the overlap rate of the windows and/or the ratio of the areas of the windows based on the coordinate information of each window obtained, and determines that there is the possibility that a file unrelated to the job is used, if the overlap rate and/or the ratio of the areas meet predetermined conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
