PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interruption of teaching of an operation procedure against user's intention by devising reminder to a user for the key valid for pressing when teaching an operation input procedure accompanied by operation execution of a program. SOLUTION: A PHS terminal 100 as a terminal device includes: an operation unit 106 composed of a plurality of keys 108 having light emission units 114; a storage unit 104 storing a program varying an effective key available for accepting an input among a plurality of keys and keys other than the effective key in response to scenes of operations; and a key lighting unit 130 lighting effective key 108a in response to the scenes of operations of the program and flashing the effective key 108a if there is no input to the effective key 108a until a predetermined time passes from a lighting time point.
