PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize degradation in image quality of an observation image formed by flare resulting from stray light, such as diffusion light, generated at the leading end of a Fresnel face that is difficult to have an acute shape yet easy to become blunt. SOLUTION: The leading end of a Fresnel face 31 disposed near an image formed by a photographic lens 1 is chamfered or formed in a step state. This prevents stray light generated at the leading end from being guided to an eye point direction and, accordingly, observation of a satisfactory finder image is attainable.
