PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adjustable vibration sensor using a chip component. SOLUTION: The vibration sensor comprises: a package 10; a vibrator mounted inside of the package 10; a chip component 50 mounted on an upper external surface 12 of the package 10; and a mounting part 20 on which the package 10 is mounted to expose the chip component 50 at a top surface, the mounting part 20 having an under surface serving as a mounting surface 34 to be mounted. The sensor enables replacement, adjustment or the like of the chip component 50 in a state of being mounted because the chip component 50 is exposed at the top surface of the package 10.
