PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device for fluidity of a molten metal and a measuring method for a pressure loss of a molten metal which are for absolutely measuring a pressure loss of a molten metal in consideration of an environmental condition and a material condition as of the point in time, and to provide a casting condition deciding method using the foregoing. SOLUTION: A fluidity testing device 1 comprises a molten metal port 11 through which a molten metal is injected, a flowing pathway 12 through which the injected molten metal flows, a standard pressure port 13 provided in the flowing pathway 12, and at least one pressure port for measurement 14 provided in the flowing pathway 12 downstream from the standard pressure port 13.
