MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LONG FIBERBOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a long fiberboard capable of enhancing the surface smoothness by reducing the unevenness of the surface of the long fiberboard. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the long fiberboard includes the step of compounding a resin with a long fiber mat to form a resin compounded long fiber mat and thermally molding the resin compounded long fiber mat under pressure. A surface layer composed of a fiber powder and the resin is formed on the resin compounded long fiber mat, and the resin compounded long fiber mat having the surface layer formed thereon is thermally molded under pressure.
