PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof room allowing easy assembling by a small number of end users such as individuals except a dealer. SOLUTION: A fixing device is used for fixing a panel 80 when forming a groove in the panel 80 of a working object by using a power groove having a disk-shaped blade carved with a plurality of tooth shapes in a circular arc shape. The fixing device is provided with fixing means 12, 14, 56 and 58, etc. for fixing the panel 80 in holding states of the panel 80, and auxiliary means 68 and 70 for sliding the blade in parallel to a side surface of the panel 80 fixed by the fixing means 12, 14, 56 and 58, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
