PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimating device for a human state for estimating a state of a human with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The estimating device 1 for a human state for estimating the state of a subject includes state variation obtaining means 3, 4, 7 for obtaining a state variation of the subject, a state estimating means 7 for estimating the state of the subject from the state variation, a stable state determining means 7 for determining whether the state of the subject is stable or not, and a correcting means 7 for correcting the state variation of the subject or the state of the subject when the state of the subject is determined to be stable.
