PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll, providing favorable workability, in which a paper holder need not be touched when in use, and supply of paper is easy. SOLUTION: The paper 37 is taken to lift the cover 8, and the paper 37 is cut in proper length. The edge of the paper 37 is then fed by weight of the cover 8. The following paper can be cleanly taken out without getting in contact with the paper holder, which is efficient. A dedicated supply unit is attachable to the device, and by attaching the supply unit, the paper 37 can be easily supplied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
