PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a fraudulent act to a sound emitting means by separating the position of sound emitting means for emitting an effective sound based on at least the progress of a game or an alarm sound related to warning from the position of a sound emitting part having a sound emitting port for emitting sound from the sound emitting means to the outside, and putting a fraudulent act tool, such as a cell or a wire, out of reach. SOLUTION: Sounds from flat panel speakers 16 and 17 as sound emitting means for issuing the effective sound based on at least the progress of the game or the alarm sound related to the warning are led to sound emitting parts 20 and 21 having the sound emitting ports (not shown) that is provided to a position not opposite to the flat panel speakers 16 and 17 via sound emitting dusts 18 and 19 communicating with communicating holes 25 and 26 of a storage part 22 to which a panel part 10 is attached and which has an internal space, and are emitted outside by the sound emitting parts 20 and 21.
