PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste straw-bundling device of a combine harvester which is able to be easily and space-savingly assembled at the rear part of the machine body of the combine harvester. SOLUTION: The straw-bundling device 10 of the combine harvester 1 bundles waste straws conveyed backward after being threshed and discharged from a waste straw conveying outlet in the rear part of the machine body, and is equipped with an upper rod 12, a rotatively driving means (electric motor 31) for rotating the upper rod 12, and a lower rod 11, wherein the upper rod 12 is constituted to have an almost "dog leg" shape in a side view, the upper part of the same is arranged at the rear upper part of the waste straw discharge outlet and the lower part of the same is formed to expand its rear part and extended to the rear lower part of the combine harvester 1, the lower rod 11 is protrudingly installed to be inclining downward from the rear end of the lower part of the machine body of the combine harvester 1 to cross with the lower tip part of the upper rod 12 in a side view, and the electric motor 31 is installed to the rear upper part in the rear part of the machine body of the combine harvester 1.
