PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily detecting a haplotype gene at a low cost. SOLUTION: Provided is a new haplotyping method including the synthesis of a target DNA containing two multiple alleles and a labeled oligonucleotide complementary to one of the alleles, the mixing of the DNA to mask one of the alleles, the hybridization of the mixture with a microarray loading a probe having a sequence complementary to a sequence near each allele, and the determination of the haplotype by determining the probe in which the label of the masked oligonucleotide is detected.
