The sole (1) has a detention layer formed on a side which is turned towards a shoe, where the sole is made of flexible and transparent plastic and is a short sole (6) for forefoot area and central foot area with pelotte (2) inseparably connected and integrated on a top side of the sole. The pelotte has an approximate form of an ellipsoid section. A removable protective plastic film (5) is provided on a lower surface of the sole. A fine flat nub structure (3) is provided.
