An air cathode microbial fuel cell including a baffle is provided. The fuel cell includes a box (1), a three dimensional anode, a first air cathode (3), a first plastic baffle (7), a sealing cover (10) and a solution, wherein the three dimensional anode consists of the first active carbon (9) and a first graphite plate (6), the first graphite plate (6) is disposed at one side of the first air cathode (3), the first plastic baffle (7) is disposed at the other side of the air cathode (3), and the first active carbon (9) is filled in the space between the first graphite plate (6) and the first plastic baffle (7).
