<p>The present invention provides a lighting circuit of a plurality of LEDs using transformers, in which, in the case where any one of the plurality of LEDs is not lighted due to a failure occurring in a lighting device or traffic light formed by combining the plurality of LEDs, it is possible to can light the rest of the plurality of LEDs, semi-permanently use the lighting device or traffic light formed by combining the plurality of LEDs, maintain brightness of the LEDs constant, save electric energy, and reduce maintenance and repair costs.</p> |
