<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output performance and power generating performance by enabling selection of a suitable gear shift stage according to an actuating state of a vehicle, in a power unit equipped with a dual clutch and a motor having power generating function. <P>SOLUTION: The power unit comprises first and second input shafts 15, 16 coaxially provided each other, a sub shaft 17 disposed in parallel with both input shafts and coupled to output shafts 18a, 18b to driving wheels, an engine dual clutch 12 incorporating first and second clutches C1, C2 transmitting rotations of an engine 10 to the first and second input shafts, first and second gear wheel switching mechanisms 20A, 20B provided between both input shafts and the sub shaft; and a motor 11 having the power generating function driving the output shaft in addition to the engine. A motor dual clutch 13 incorporating third and forth clutches C3, C4 transmitting rotations of the motor to the first and second input shafts is provided in addition to the engine dual clutch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
