NEW Ad VECTOR INCLUDING GENE EXPRESSION CONTROL MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virus vector for gene therapy in which a desired transduction gene can be expressed only in a desired cell or a desired tissue only when expression is necessary, and to specifically provide a vector capable of expressing the desired transduction gene only in the desired cell or the desired tissue when an Ad (Adenovirus) vector is used as a vector for the gene therapy.

SOLUTION: The Ad vector is obtained by integrating a target sequence of an endogenous miRNA (microRNA) specifically present in a cell or a tissue in which the expression of the transduction gene is not desired into the Ad vector. Thus, the expression of the transduction gene integrated into the Ad vector is inhibited or suppressed in a cell or a tissue in which the expression is not desired.
